1. Agreement to these terms

This website, hootersmovie.com (the "Site"), is operated by Yet, Unrefined, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the Site, joining the email list, or sending us a message, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or join the email list.

2. What this site is

The Site is a promotional and informational website for a feature film currently in pre-production, working title Hooters: The Movie. Everything here — production status, casting news, timelines, target dates — describes plans as of the date posted.

Film production changes constantly. Dates move, cast changes, and projects are reworked or shelved. Nothing on this Site is a promise, guarantee, or commitment that the film will be produced, released, or released on any particular schedule. Don't rely on anything here for any financial, business, or investment decision.

The Site is not a solicitation of investment and is not an offer to sell any security or interest in the film or in Yet, Unrefined, LLC.

3. Ownership and trademarks

The Site's design, code, text, artwork, photographs, video, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share the Site and link to it freely. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission, except for ordinary personal and non-commercial use such as sharing a link or a screenshot on social media.

HOOTERS® and related names, logos, and marks are registered trademarks of their respective owner and are used here in connection with this film project. Yet, Unrefined, LLC is a separate company. This Site is not a restaurant website, is not operated by any restaurant or franchisee, and nothing here should be read as a statement by, or on behalf of, any restaurant business.

4. Your conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to collect data or email addresses from the Site.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site, or upload anything malicious.
• Impersonate us, our production, or anyone connected to the film.
• Use the Site's content or our marks in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you.

5. Submissions and unsolicited materials

Please do not send us scripts, story ideas, treatments, concepts, characters, music, artwork, or other creative materials. We do not accept unsolicited creative submissions of any kind, and any you send will not be treated as confidential.

If you send us anything anyway — through a form, by email, or by any other route — you agree that:

• You send it voluntarily and not in confidence, and no confidential or fiduciary relationship is created.
• We are under no obligation to review, respond to, return, or keep it.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with the film and its promotion, without compensation or credit to you.
• We may already be developing, or may independently develop, material that is similar or identical. You have no claim against us for using material we developed independently or received from another source.
• You confirm the material is yours to send and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Casting

Casting information posted here is informational. Posting a role, a timeline, or a call does not create any offer, employment relationship, audition guarantee, or obligation on our part, and we may change or cancel any of it at any time.

Watch out for casting scams. We will never ask you to pay a fee to audition, to be considered, or to be cast. Official casting is announced on this Site and our verified social accounts. If someone claims to represent this production and asks you for money or sensitive personal information, it is not us — please report it to us at mdroste@hootersmovie.com.

7. Email list

When you join the email list, you're asking us to send you news about the film. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, and we'll stop. We may retire the list at any point. How we handle your address is covered in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links and content

The Site links to other websites, social platforms, and press coverage that we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link isn't an endorsement. Once you leave the Site, that site's terms and privacy policy apply.

9. Copyright concerns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email mdroste@hootersmovie.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on the Site, your contact information, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We'll review it and remove infringing material where appropriate.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information on it is complete, current, or accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yet, Unrefined, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yet, Unrefined, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes and general terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice.
• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.
• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
